Incredible store with amazing service, especially from Nate. The trim above my back wheel was damaged and he went above and beyond, and helped address the problem immediately so I could drive safely. Highly recommend this store, and Nate, to anyone!! Thank you so much!

Went to get wiper blades EVERYONE was looking for blades …. The attendant was rude I asked if the two different sized blades mattered ??? With an exhausted sigh and an eye roll he rudely told me why … when others were walking out with the same blades customers and workers putting blades on trucks while I walked out after being spoken to like insulted him asking about the wipers … his job …. He didn’t want to do his job ! Thanks for embarrassing me in front of a store full of people . Kudos to the man who made me feel like a complete child … if that was your job you did well !

Whoever thinks that hometown service was gone is wrong. These guys are amazing here on 8th street. Holy moly, so friendly and helpful… from the moment that you walk in the door and out after you complete your transaction, nothing but a hometown experience. Very personable and comfortable atmosphere. These guys are fun to interact with and if they can’t answer your questions, they will somehow find the answer for you! Highly recommend them for all of your Auto needs!

I feel super lucky to have found Nate Decker, Thirlby's paint expert. I finally found what I have been searching for. Nate matched a original paint 1950 VW beetle with a PERFECT match including the right sheen... Great place... So knowledgeable... Thanks again
