Stopped by Thomas Automotive to get a tire, amd I'm glad I did. I checked two places, before stopping there, and one had to order, and wouldn't be in until Monday. The other was a 3 to 4 hour wait, just to get the car in the bay. So I stopped in Thomas Automotive to see if they had one, and they did, and for a better price than the other was offering, for the same tire. And I've already made plans to return, to get the alignment on my car, which is also for a better price, for the same work. Not to mention the super friendly staff. Very friendly, very polite and very helpful.

I found out about this shop from a guy delivering me pizza and I am glad I ordered pizza that day and this guy was my pizza delivery man. Thomas Auto toke my truck in and was informative about everything they did to my truck. Prices are way better than a lot of places and they treat you like family. Great place to get your car or truck worked on and technicians that know what they are doing. Thanks Greg and Lisa for the great service and I will see you again when something else breaks. God Bless this company they done right by me.

We had an engine & transmission installed along with fabrication to a 60s model car. When picking up the car after the promised completion date, the mechanic had not added transmission fluid to the newly installed transmission nor had he driven the car. He overcharged for the exhaust work & the left exhaust pipe is scrubbing the tire. We were double charged on almost all the parts he used. Also instead of proper installation of the drive shaft with clips, he tack welded it into place. The alternator was also installed incorrectly. Electrical work was also of poor quality & incomplete. Upon looking at the invoice it appears we were charged for the removal of an engine, however, the car was delivered to his shop without an engine. AT YOUR OWN RISK! Extremely shady business. I came in for an oil change, 2 weeks later, I'm being told I have a faulty water pump that will cost me $1500 to fix. They are not above selling you a service you dont need, like rotors and tires that are perfectly fine. Do NOT trust them! I have proof of everything I'm saying. Theres enough to go aroynd, you dont have to cheat people. Good HONEST mechanics NEVER run out of business. These people did number on me! Contact me if you want proof!

We wanted a used car we had found in Ashboro checked over before deciding to purchase. Being from out of state we had no idea who we could have to do it. Using google we found Thomas Automotive. We found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle. They took time with us pointing out many things that provided us with assurances our vehicle was in good condition.
