I had an amazing experience at this shop. My car was at the CVS in front of the shop, everything unplugged (would not start)..they went down and got everything connected and drove my car to the shop....5 star service hands down. My car was fixed very quickly. Everyone was so professional and nice and I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back for maintenance and anything I might need. Super easy to schedule an appointment. Very nice people. Prompt and efficient. Clean and comfortable waiting area - but I wasn't there very long. Now I'm tuned into arriving at the rear of the building.. Will definitely be going back.

This is a professional car repair facility which makes itself appear in looks to a car dealership service department. Three service "underwriters, are located just inside the front door. Very nice customer waiting room is large enough to handle their customers comfortably. I purchased a set of Bridgestone Prestige tires. I shopped around and the best price with free rotation, free nitrogen fill, and free flat repair was at Costco in Apex, NC. Thomas tire matched Costco which was significant. While buying the new set of tires I had a four wheel alignment performed on my 52,000 mile Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Sedan. They corrected the front end alignment which was out of spec. I could not have had this done at Costco. I also had my brake fluid changed which was also called for by Honda. Thi

How this place manages to stay in business is beyond me. They act as if replacing your tires should be an honor. Called for a quote and was put on hold…for 5 minutes. Hung up, called a nearby mom and pop, and found tires immediately. I will never do business here again!

What a great experience! I needed to have all four tires replaced. They ordered the brand that I needed and gave me a good deal. I was expecting to have to wait a week, but they got the tires in quick and were able to get me my car back in two days. They even have a convenient key drop off if you need to leave your car overnight. Glynn was super knowledgeable and easy to work with!
