I’ve been a customer at the South Fayetteville Street location for several years now. Chris Freeman and Mackenzie Widenhouse always take great care of me. I am in and out of there in a jiffy. Last week, for the first time, I had to have some actual work done on my Prius. I drive a lot. They did a number of necessary maintenance items for me, in one day, at a great price. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

Called to see if I ran by I could quickly have a car inspected. The young lady said - come on! I was literally in & out in about 20 minutes. While waiting inside the waiting area…listening to her deal with customers inside & also phone customers…she was so professional & helpful to each customer! She def represents TT in a very positive manner!

I just wanted to say thank you to both Mackenzie and Chris for their help with me and my Toyota Tundra. When I started looking for someone else local to help me keep my truck up to date on needs, they both helped me by telling me exactly my needs and repairs without pressure. I had an issue with my brakes and both Chris/ Mackenzie made sure to find out the problem and make it right to my satisfaction. I will continue to use them in the near future . They definitely care about the customer and I would highly recommend them.

hospitality was amazing everyone was very kind and helpful, very accommodating to language barriers. as far as the work done on the vehicle, it hasn’t giving us any problems since we got it fixed. everything was reasonably priced and we had no issues. would definitely recommend!

This shop is quick, professional, and reasonable. They got my Charger in for an oil change with 15 minutes' notice. I was our in about a half hour. They even gave me a heads-up on a few things that would be necessary in the future. I'll be back.
