Thomas did a very good job. I understand prices have gone up, but I felt was a little high for my fixed income and the fact that my auto insurance would only reimburse short by $25.
Straightforward and honest. When other tow shops were stringing me along with false ETA's, Thomas Towing was straight up with when they could get to me. Once they did get to me, they weathered the ice to get me out of a ditch and charged me a very good price. If I ever need a tow again, will definitely use Thomas Towing again.
Idk how they got these good reviews. That’s why I chose them. Asked them to tow a vehicle literally a mile up the street from them only to be told they would call me back. 4 hours later no call then they stopped picking up the phone, then they pick it up and leave it off the hook! They must not like making money because I sure was ready to spend it. UNPROFESSIONAL
Does not stick to their word. Would not recommend. Save your time
