Thompson BMW of Doylestown Service Center

They've been doing a great job on my last few BMWs. Friendly people, and decent prices (for BMW anyway...). My last loaner car was brand new, and the shop did an excellent job on my repairs and inspections. Would definitely recommend them over other BMW shops in the area.

I recently visited BMW of Doylestown for a vehicle inspection and was very impressed with the experience. The staff was extremely nice, courteous, and professional, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The facility itself was spotless and well organized, which really reflects the pride they take in their work. I also thought the video inspection they sent was a great touch — it was neat to actually see the technician walk through the inspection and explain everything clearly. It’s clear that customer care and attention to detail are top priorities here.

Owning Cars can be stressful especially when it comes to maintenance. My Bimmer is my pride and joy and If I am going to trust anyone with it it’s these folks. Customer service 10/10. Punctuality 10/10. Corporate 10/10

I highly recommend this dealership service center. They always take great care of me; the staff is exceptionally nice and consistently goes out of their way. A special shout-out to my service advisor, Keith, who is outstanding—he always goes above and beyond to ensure I am completely satisfied and happy with the service.

Dan is the one of the worst service advisors in this facility. This man will sell you services you absolutely don’t need. And expect no accountability for his actions from this facility - at all.
