I had a great experience with this collision repair shop. Joe and his team did an outstanding job repairing my car despite multiple delays and challenges caused by my insurance company. The final result exceeded my expectations — the car was polished, cleaned inside and out, and is running like new. The quality of work made the wait completely worth it. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an encounter with a deer and took my nearly new car to Thompson Collision. I worked with Jim Worthington, who was excellent both in communicating and in making sure my car was brought back to brand-new status. While there I noticed several other luxury brands in the lot as well as they are well known for quality work. Jim went the extra mile to ensure I was totally happy with everything! Thompson Collision was incredible to work with, and I would not go anywhere else.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! from the ladies at the front desk they were very nice, honest, and patient all the way to the techs who do the work it’s all 5 stars, they gave me calls along the way with updates with in depth explanation on what’s happening.i got rear ended and I told them I had a event coming up for my car this month, they told me not to worry it will be done before then and they did not disappoint! Amazing paint work they did, as well as receiving my car back washed with a full detail put the cherry on top!! 10/10 service they gave

My experience here was 1000/10. Joe the estimator is the nicest guy ever and very professional. He must have called me about 10 times over the 3 weeks it took to get my car repaired. I had my new car for one week, and then I was hit by another driver and a tractor trailer. My car had significant damage and the entire experience alone was so traumatic. Joe and his team exceeded my expectations, you cant even tell my car was that messed up and it has been driving around great. They even took my rental car back for me too which made things even easier upon pickup of my car. I would absolutely recommend Thompson Collision Center to anyone in need of collision repairs, and will keep them in mind if I ever need repairs again.

My car was recently repaired at Thompson Collision. After being rear ended I did some research online and noticed they are a certified Audi repair center. I am extremely happy with the work they did. My car looks great and they kept me updated throughout the entire process which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!!
