Amazing service that not only results in long lasting and great work, but it’s also incredibly reasonably priced. They even helped screw on some side panels FOR FREE because I didn’t have the money for the body work at the time and it made the car look nicer. This place is an actual gem, and congratulations if you’ve found it, because you’re gonna being getting the best possible work for the lowest possible price in the state, which is crazy because this is Nashville. The guys working here are super nice and flexible, too, and did I mention they get the work done quickly and my car is never just waiting around for them to start fixing? They immediately are on. Warning to Others — Dishonest Pricing Practices! I went in for a simple alignment that was quoted at $80.00. Before coming here, I had checked another shop that charged $120.00 but had a 3-day wait — so I chose this place instead. When I arrived, the shop was practically empty, which should’ve been my first red flag. After waiting about 20 minutes, the technician suddenly told me that setting the camber and caster would cost an extra $450.00. I’ve been a mechanic long enough to know this is complete nonsense. I told him I thought the original $80 included camber, caster, and toe adjustments — but he insisted it didn’t. In good faith, I paid the original $80 and walked out. Now I know why the place stays empty. Be honest with your customers — word travels fast! I’ll be contacting local news

I ended up with a flat tire at work. Called AAA and they came out, put the spare on, and recommended Thompson Lane Auto Care. I had never been there before, but it was not far from me. When I got there, Leo came out and asked how he could help. I told him about AAA finding a screw and that they were recommended. No questions asked he took the flat to Gaber who pulled out the screw and was able to patch the tire. Thank goodness!! Gaber replaced the spare with the brand new looking tire, aired up the 3 other tires, put the spare back and even put the totes of books back in my trunk!! Leo only charged me $50 for their work!! I am very thankful to Thompson Lane Auto Care!! They took excellent care of me. I will definitely return for future car repairs. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed

These are the nicest guys who do the best work and are so reasonably priced, it gives me hope for humanity. On top of all that, they don’t put you in some massive queue where you have to wait for days for them to even start touching your car like a bunch of places I’ve been in the past. they get on it immediately, and usually have small issues resolved that day. I’m so happy I’ve found this mechanic shop!

Beware of this shady garage! I have spent so much money here over the last few months (AAA recommended auto repair facility) all to go to another AAA recommended shop for second opinions after I started to get suspicious. They drained my coolant during an oil change visit after I had the coolant topped off elsewhere days before, all to then tell me at the end of oil change that their computer showed me needing coolant. Went back to the other garage where the confirmed I did not have a leak and there’s no way I would’ve lost all of that coolant In a matter of days. This is just one of many instances and I could go on; there are some shady things go on here. Made a formal complaint with AAA & am in the process of having half a dozen charges reimbursed to me through AAA escalations due to poo
