Thompson Towing LLC

Thompson was dispatched to our house by Hyundai Roadside Assistance when our Ioniq5 refused to go faster than 22 MPH and the display lit up red (ICCU issue). They were much later than Hyundai had predicted, but they called to let me know they'd be late. When Chip, the driver, showed up, the tow truck couldn't get up our steep, icy driveway. The car wouldn't go at all at this point, but Chip knew what to do and walked up the long driveway twice, in the dark, with heavy jump-start equipment that got it going enough for me to drive it down the driveway to the waiting truck. I think he must have been here for at least an hour and was cheerful and helpful the whole time.

AAA service no longer installs batteries and this was an issue because mine no longer held a charge. Chip and Terry from Thompsons jumped started my car until I could get a new one. The office person called AAA to have battery installed at my expense to no avail. Chip and Terry were prompt and wonderful and Thompson's went beyond to try to help. Recommend this business as efficient and caring. Becky

Woman on the phone yesterday was courteous and very helpful, when I was experiencing difficulties going through AAA. And Chip came by soon after another call to AAA to jump start my dead battery, so I was able to get my car to my mechanic. He was cheerful, and very efficient! And it was such a terrible weather day! Very appreciative for help getting my car unstuck from a ditch on a very icy (and for them busy!) AM. It took two attempts by two separate trucks (before and after sanding of the road) to get me out due to the icy conditions. Both drivers and the dispatcher were very professional, kind and polite. Highly recommend!

Big shout out to Chip and Thompson Towing for coming to our rescue on the highway last night after we popped a tire. I called for assistance through AAA and Chip was there within 40 minutes with a smile on his face and ready to help. His friendliness and positive attitude helped put my 6-yr old at ease during an otherwise stressful time. He was kind and helpful and that kindness goes a long way. Thank you!
