Took my car for services and wasn’t fix. all they did was the oil change very disappointed they had my car from 9:30 am till 5pm.
When I brought my Certificated Preowned newly bought car for an oil change (2months old) they found a rope plug and side wall damage on one tire. And said I had been driving flat. The GM proceeded to imply I did it despite my insistence that I never had the car serviced or an issue and that I was lying While they agreed to replace it the GM said loudly in the sales area he’d see me next time and if another tire was damaged we’d be having a different conversation. His behavior was unacceptable accusing me of lying and threatened me in public. This is my second car from Thompson and I have always had a good experience not this time. I will not be returning .
Wow I hit a pothole blew out a tire this is after 3 p.m. on a Saturday I called probably six other places nobody was able to get me a new tire that day but they did so they definitely earned five stars in my book
Had state inspection emissions, a d oil change. Service advisor (Mike) stayed in touch.
These folks are the most efficient team you'll ever come across. Check in and check out is a breeze...let me be more specific; I arrived and left with a loaner in 12 minutes. If only they operated Starbucks, too...(sigh).
