I was towed in by Doug Yates towing on 10/29/2023. This location is beyond exemplary for a service center. The staff is impeccable, accommodating, friendly and well informed. This location has wonderful amenities on-site. Driver lounge with charging station, microwave, fridge, complimentary water, free washer, dryer, 3 flat screens, 4 vending machines (2) in driver lounge, (2) by service bays. The staff was completely well versed in the necessary repairs and although my company opted for a different route, I had the best experience ever here. It was Halloween so there was a cookout I was invited to and everyone was nice to my disabled son. Food truck comes at 10a and lastly this a 10💥location that is pinnacle of their community...

They took my vehicle right in for a minor computer test. Staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. Ford Warranty work is offered here.

Tried calling to get an update on a vehicle we have there after they said they would give me updates. Noone has called me in the month they've had the vehicle. And tried calling today and noone answered and waited about 2 hrs for someone to answer and still no answer. Had to drive there to get an update. Poor customer service.

Not Helpful at all when we dove for hours to pick up our truck! Even the sales person would not answer the phone to help! Apparently, they lost our key.
