Beyond disappointed, unethical. Seatbelt didn’t work, gave them the year on the phone. “Bring it in, and we will check it out.” Wasted two hours to have them tell me that the year was outside the warranty. They could have told me that on the phone! Manager agreed and told me it was a rookie mistake. They could fix it for $700. Be careful of the bait and switch. Oh, he waved the diagnostic fee. LOL. There should have been none at all. Shady, Sketchy, etc. all the things everyone despises. I am no attorney but fraud did cross my mind. AVOID at all costs.
Bought my truck at a different dealership but Thompson has gone far above customer service then where I purchased it..
Dave is awesome. Patrick is great as well
Horrible customer service and very rude.
