Had a really smooth, straightforward buying experience with Thompsons RV. Worked directly with Mike—no back-and-forth with finance office, no non-sense fee, which was honestly refreshing. The price was reasonable and felt fair for what we were getting. Just know this is an as-is purchase, so definitely do your due diligence. They’ll set up water and electricity so you can fully check the trailer, but they don’t do repairs—so plan and budget accordingly and make sure you’re comfortable before you buy. It’s a used trailer, so that’s part of the process. Mike and Jim were both personable; Mike is super responsive via text, and very accommodating with our pickup schedule. Mike was great to work with. Gave me a great deal on a Coachman Concord. See pic. Here's what's stuck out to me the most. I had some minor additional requests which he said he would take care of. Now we all know when purchasing something from someone they can be quick to make promises or agreements to get the sale. That is NOT Mike. Everything he said he was going to do he did. Can't ask for more than that.

I can not say enough good things about Mike and Tiffany at Thompson Rv. I set out to find a toy hauler and was NOT going to buy from a dealer. However, with the right price and great customer service, I am a proud owner of a fifth wheel thank you to Thompson Rv LLC. I would reccomend them to anyone in the market.

I wanted to wait till all aspects of my deal were over before I made my review. I just received my title and my plates, all within the allotted timeframe and in order, Mike also went out of his way to mail me a key for the front door to our pop-up. This was my first RV purchase and even though I bought a used one Mike made me feel confident about it , and every promise made was kept even Jim went the extra mile to show me how to work all of the features of my pop-up We’ve used it three times it’s a learning experience when you get a RV, but Mike sold me a good one so it’s smooth sailing from here on out.

Mike was very easy to work with. He had 3 different coaches to look at. Price was fair and we bought a 2007 Pacifica 40' coach. I recommend Mike to purchase a rv or coach. Thanks Mike!!
