Huge thank you to Jordan, Reilly, Chris, and the rest of the Thornhill team. Treated me fairly on my trade in, were very transparent on all the vehicle questions I had, and just overall great no nonsense experience. On top of it all, Jordan went out of his way to get me a spare key when he did not have to. Thank you guys, highly recommend!
Great service, friendly staff. Answered all of my questions and got the work done in a quick and timely manner. Great experience with the team there. Really appreciate them. I'm grateful they were able to work with my class schedule and got my car in so late in the evening, highly recommend the crew over there. Thank you.
Please be aware of this service department. I took my vehicle in to have the oil changed and tires rotated for the first initial service. While at the service department the technician that serviced my vehicle chipped the paint on my drivers side door. They were also supposed to rotate the tires which did not happen. It was on the paper work that that work was completed on the vehicle. After service was complete I ask Chad where the vehicle was located and I was told to step outside and use my key fob to locate my car. I noticed the damage to my vehicle and immediately went back in to report this to Chad. After he came out to inspect the vehicle he went back in and spoke with his supervisor. He came back out and said that I could get an estimate to have my vehicle repaired somewhere else
I do NOT recommend this place at all! He Did not want to help me, I didn’t even get to look at any of the cars that they had on hand, I ended up going to a different Thornhill dealership and they were the most nicest and helpful people ever, They had helped me anyway they could.
This is a very professional and very honest/genuine and truly caring dealership. It's rare to find honesty and true employees whom help you get the very best deal and make sure you're beyond satisfied and I strongly suggest giving them a chance to help make you satisfied guaranteed!!
