As the owner responded I'll give the whole picture. The first vehicle I took there took over three hours for the inspection to get completed. They said they were having trouble with there emissions tool. The second vehicle took here had the exact same "violation" and passed inspection without any question. The third vehicle they couldn't do a front end alignment because their tool didn't fit. Then failed inspection for the so called "violation" that passed on the second vehicle just days before. Keep in mind both vehicles were inspected by another one of their locations last year and passed. After picking up the vehicle I noticed the registration card and insurance card were never put back in the vehicle. Had to turn around and go back to get the cards they kept and never put back

The collision department went above and beyond to meet our needs. Chad Gay was remarkable! Always returning my calls, giving me updates twice a week and making sure to keep an open line of communication through out this whole process. When enterprise took our rental back he stepped up to make sure we had a loaner. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for us! We have our sons vehicle back and it looks amazing. My car was in Collision after hitting a deer, the whole front end, side panel, and radiator needed replaced and needed some prior scheduled complex maintenance in Service. They did a great job with all of it, communicated with the rental car company and us very well, and Brian in Service went above and beyond making repeated calls to my warranty company to get as much covered as possible, bringing my out of pocket cost way down. I've been a customer for years and they are always very fair with pricing and customer service is the best!

We had a very good experience a few years ago having deer collision fixed, so when we needed another collision repair we didn’t hesitate to return to Thorton. The staff and quality are phenomenal!

The entire service team at Thornton Dover deserves a round of applause! My truck was having major issues and after Thornton took a look at it, it was determined the transmission needed to be replaced, and my extended warranty would be covering the repair. Lyle kept me updated every step of the way and after a quick 3 week wait for parts, Thornton had my truck back to me in 3 days. Highly recommend!
