I have purchased 3 SUVs from this dealership and have loved them all! The sales and service team at Thornton Automotive of York is very professional, passionate, and friendly. The location is easily accessible from I83 and Rt 30. The showroom and lobby is clean, comfortable, and family friendly. I looked around different places for a vehicle and original planned on buying an older used car. I didn’t have luck finding anyone worth working with until I came to Thornton. After careful consideration I decided on a newer vehicle and Jonathan Cox was very helpful in getting me into an SUV I seen that I absolutely fell in love with right away! The customer service from Jonathan and the rest of the staff was beyond exceptional. I didn’t expect to be treated so well, I felt like I was being treated like family! Absolutely amazing experience! Anybody looking for a gently used vehicle in excellent condition I highly recommend Thornton on Whiteford Rd, especially Jon, I had an amazing buying experience with him. After looking for a perfect family SUV for about 2 weeks, we went into Thornton Automotive and seen this Tahoe that really caught our attention! We were greeted by Alyssa Stiffler, who was amazing to work with and made the whole process super quick and easy. She worked with our price range and we got the vehicle for a great deal. Couldn’t recommend her or the place enough!! I’ve never been out of a dealership any faster and Alyssa was on top of it.
