Three-C Body Shops, Inc.

My car was less than two weeks off the lot before someone rear ended me and took out my back left panel. My insurance company recommended I work with Three C and so I took my car to them. They communicated with me the entire time my car was in the shop and even got it done slightly ahead of schedule. And when I had a concern about something I noticed after picking it up, they made it very clear to me they would address it and do right by me. And they did. From the reception desk to the guys handling my car (Mark and Greg) to the shop manager, everyone was extremely kind and professional throughout. I legitimately could not have had a better experience.

My car has been in the shop since Dec 19 for a replacement front bumper. I was told last Thursday I should hear back Tuesday as they finish my car. It is now after-hours on Friday and after multiple calls and emails from me and my insurance company I have been completely ghosted. I have reached out to the BBB, been paying out of pocket for a rental this whole time. Not sure what I personally did to be treated this way but I can’t believe you would treat a 1st time customer this poorly.

My experience with the team at 3C from the moment I dropped my vehicle off to the moment I picked it up was great! Jeremy and Joe were great to work with as they kept me well informed throughout the process, and had my vehicle looking like new. I would highly recommend the team at 3C!

Terrible lack of communication, went to pick up vehicle after they had it 2 months and they dented the side door and back of vehicle. They took pre pictures so the damage is their fault. Joe the GM won't return calls and asked me what I wanted him to do??? what a jerk, I gave it to you to be fixed and someone in your shop wrecked it again, what do you think I want to happen. TERRIBLE DON"T ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU! go somewhere else

EXCELLENT customer service and TOP NOTCH, thorough completion of repairs and reassembly. They are AMAZING!! I was in an auto accident back at the end of January, and I decided to take my vehicle to Three-C Body Shop on 2300 Briggs Road because I heard that they were the best in Columbus. They definitely lived up to that statement and did not disappoint. From the day I pulled my car in, to the day I left, their customer service and processes have been top notch.
