Terrible Service!!! Informed Don that I had an 850 CCA interstate battery installed in my car on July 2023 at the Audi place in Pennsylvania. And now it says "it needs replacement". Asked as I was told by the interstate corporate offices to call local service places for the replacement. The battery definitely is at fault here. Here is the response from Don in a very RUDE away "I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH IT" and hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this location. And I will follow up with the corporate offices!!
Only person I will let work on my vehicle.
Excellent service. Reasonable prices.
