The staff is friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to provide excellent service to their customers. Even when the car needed service, Three Rivers made it a point to find affordable parts compared to other locations I had been in contact with, only to keep me satisfied. I had a great experience with Three Rivers and I hope to come back in the future. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Have been having to take my son in law here every other week. They fix one thing and then something else goes wrong. They don't seem to know how to inspect cars for anything. And it has been brought back 3 times for the same thing that they supposedly fixed.
