Absolute vultures! This tow truck company is a disgrace, preying on people’s misery like the heartless leeches they are. My friend’s motorcycle was in an accident, and while the rider was unconscious, these ghouls swooped in, ready to haul the bike off to their overpriced tow yard to bleed him dry with insane fees. The driver was a rude, arrogant jerk who acted like he owned the highway, refusing to put the bike down even though it could’ve easily been pushed to the side. Worse, they dragged the bike onto their truck with metal hooks, scratching and damaging it without a shred of care. Pure negligence! Thank God the cops stepped in and a friend saved the bike before these crooks could scam anyone further. Avoid this company like the plague—unless you enjoy being ripped off and disrespected

Disgusting vultures. Abused my friend's misery after he crashed his motorcycle and truck driver acted like he owned the bike and highway. Loaded it up carelessly, scratching anything and everything. Planned to ship it completely unsecured and had zero care if it was damaged. Avoid this company at all costs, they will ruin your vehicle and drown you in horrible prices to get it back.

brought in to do body work. bumper and back door and lock. took them close to two weeks to do and did not do a good job! inside of van there are still bad looking misaligned body. Also gave them a half tank of gas and received an empty tank with indicator showing nearly 200 miles driven!

They came out to get me when all other tow companies said that it would take them too long because of rush hour.And replace my battery

Workmanship was fairly shoddy considering the price. Also they flat out refused to give me any kind of detailed info about the parts/labour I paid for, and I was straight up lied to by the employees whenever I followed up trying to get a properly detailed invoice. So now I just try not to think about the fact that I'm probably driving around a bunch of stolen car parts.
