Thrifty Car Rental

I booked a truck for the weekend to drive my son to college and when i showed up , they did not have the vehicle. If it wasnt frustrating it was comical. The systems of Expedia and the back office of thrifty ... they are a bunch of incompetent clowns. They can take a reservation but dont know how to keep the car ( like Sienfeld comedy) . Avoid them if you can. Not worth it

Zero stars they were super rude!! They also told us it would only be like 350$ even tho we already paid 600$ and they tryed to charge our car over 500$ and then proceeded to do a credit check as well even tho they didn’t tell us that at first! Highly do not recommend them at all! We didn’t even get to get a rental car because of all the hidden fees they had in place

So I rendered my car from the airport for 2 weeks and I was supposed to return it back to the same drop off location so I stopped by this location and ask if can return it here and the girl at the front desk said no problem I’ll have the manger close your reservation and I waited for 20 min and they said they can closed it and I was like ok I’ll go drop it off to the airport then and they was like your car is already under contract we can’t give it back to you and I’m like so give me receipt that I dropped of the car and the manger there was completely rude and unprofessional, so I called the 800 number to let them know what happened and he didn’t even wanna speak to them I spent an hour over the phone to have the customer service send an email to my pick up location to request to close

Car of choice was not available. Car given was dirty inside and out. Third row seat did not fold down to accommodate our luggage. Battery in key fob died and we had to replace to get the car to start. Windshield wiper flew off during a rain storm at night. Customer service gave several excuses for not wanting to give me a partial refund. Gave have 1 star because I had to. Will never rent from Thrifty Car rental again. Spreading this all over social media.

I rented a car from here some time ago. The customer service from the staff was excellent. The car ran smoothly and was extremely clean. The team went above and beyond to ensure that they gave me a ride to and from my car so that I could park at a safe place. I would highly recommend renting from here.
