Picked up a small ford SUV and had the BEST experience both times. The woman working the desk when I picked up the car was incredibly kind, helpful, and so lovely! Just dropped off the car and the man working the desk was so kind as well. This might be the best rental experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service.
After reservation, got my Uber to the location, no one was there, Nobody answered the phone. Waste of time and stuck here, Even though their website says they're still open till noon.
