Thrifty Car Rental - Tsh Madison

Pretty busy on a Saturday and only one staff worker available. This Thrifty location is new and will share the same location address as the Hertz Car Rental. Cars are limited at this location which could be a problem. The customer ahead of me had a reservation but the car from the previous rental wasn't returned yet. Since this location is closed on Sundays, he was asked if he could return on Monday and hopefully there would be cars available. No cars were available today, so I just left (and may not return!). I also learned that returns must be made here, if you rent from here or you get a substantial fee. Two positives, cars here are unlimited miles and additional drivers are free with AAA members. All drivers must be AAA members.

My best rental experience ever! Carlos at the front desk is super helpful with all the paperwork. I will highly recommend to rent here and ask Carlos for help!

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE, SCOTT AT THE FRONT IS THE RUDEST MOST IRRESPONSABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET, THEY DIDNT HAVE THE CAR I NEEDED BY THE PICK UP TIME, MADE ME WAIT 2 HOURS AND THEN TO TELL ME THAT THE VEHICLE WASNT AVAILABLE. TERRIBLE PLACE, THEY DONT GREET THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND ARE VERY VERY RUDE.
