Employee added insurance to my rental, when I explained I already have car insurance. He says “it’s only $28” but the little detail he “forgot” to mention was that those $28 were DAILY so I ended up paying MORE for the insurance coverage than for the rental itself. Completely absurd and unnecessary. Other than that the car was not dirty but FILTHY with hairs all over, dust, pieces of food. Disgusting! Stay away from these people. Pembroke Pines location!
