If I could give Thrifty Car Sales ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within a very short time the engine warning light began coming on repeatedly. I brought the vehicle back multiple times while it was still under warranty, and instead of fixing the issue, staff simply reset the warning light and told me everything was fine. Two months later, the engine is completely dead. When I tried contacting the dealership for help, my calls were ignored. When I finally reached someone, I was told, “Oh well, it’s your car, you bought it.” That is completely unacceptable customer service and shows a total lack of accountability. If you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend asking for Lorena. She will make your shopping experience smooth and easy. She was so helpful and friendly and wasn't pushy. She explained things thoroughly and answered ally questions. If I need another car in the future, I would definitely come back and ask for Lorena to help me.
