Thrifty

Last week, my husband and I rented from this location (Tulsa, OK Airport) for the first time. We had a great experience, and the representative named Yvonne was super nice and helpful with advice about the area and arranging for the vehicle that we preferred. We would definitely rent from this Thrifty location in the future.

Upon arrival, no one was present at the Thrifty counter and was directed to go to their booth in the parking lot , with 2 pieces of luggage. Surprise, surprise, No one was present at the booth either. I was told by Hertz guy to go back to Hertz counter and they can help me. I went back to the terminal with the luggage to Hertz counter where I finished the paper work and went back to the parking lot with the luggage to find out the car was not ready and had to wait at least 15 minutes to get the car. This is bad experience to say the least.

I was skeptical about thrifty, but everything was literally perfect!! Keith, at the Tulsa location was an absolute sweetheart! I did not have any hidden fees, I got a BEAUTIFUL dodge ram 2500! Got me and my family where we needed to go safely!! The return process was even easier!!! I’ll DEFINITELY be renting from this location and company again!!

This company alongside HERTZ sent me a damage claim for supposed scratches to the vehicle (4 weeks after I returned the car). If there were scratches, which is doubtful, they were not outside of normal wear and tear. Beware.

You get what you pay for. It may be less expensive as other rental car companies, but it's furthest away to get to after exiting the airport. Also, Google autofilled my wife's name on my reservation and it took a long time to fix on the phone with customer service.
