Best experience ever! I was referred to Throtl Auto Works by Carvana to take care of some body damage that happened in transit when my new car was shipped to me. Jonathan, the owner, is extremely responsive and prompt. He was able to get me in within a matter of days and lined up everything for me, including running a full diagnostic on my car and discovering a broken brake sensor, which he was also able to get covered by my car warranty along with a brake replacement & a recalled seatbelt issue. Not only that, he also facilitated my car rental so that I didn’t have to think about a thing. I was literally able to pull up, drop off my car, and drive away in a brand new Tesla for the entire time my car was being worked on. Found them through Carvana and needing something fixed with the Carvana warranty. While it ended up being A manufacturer warranty issue and I had to take my car to the dealership the guys here were super helpful. They were communicating with me throughout the process and fixed my tail light free of charge which they most definitely didn't have to do. If I ever need more work done I'll be back. Thank you!

My Mini Cooper had the check engine light on, I took it in to Throtle Auto repair based on the reviews I saw online. I was very please with the experience. I was able to get in a rental they had on site the same day. It was a very smooth process with constant clear communication. Everything was fixed and approved through my warranty. Literally the least stressed I have ever been going to an auto repair shop. Jonathan handled everything with care and transparency. Excellent experience!
