I called them a week ago to make an appointment to get my AC looked at, no cold air coming out. Made a 7:30 am appointment to drop off my jeep. 10:30am they called, told me what they found, parts needed and quote . I told them go ahead and do the work. Vehicle was done before they closed. I picked it up, paid and was extremely happy and grateful for such a quick turnaround. They are all pleasant to talk to, efficient and truthful! I highly recommend them!

Brought my car in for A/C issue. Thruway diagnosed the problem and advised me on the cost of repair. Much to my advantage and pleasure they advised me that the car likely has warranty coverage for the repair as the manufacturer had issued a bulletin extending the warranty period. Without their input I never would have known that this was a covered problem. Not only were the people pleasant to deal with, their knowledge of the field and their honesty in pointing out I could save on the cost to me are commendable.
