Terrible service, treating customers with attitude. Advertisement indicates one thing at the desk they charge for everything. If you use your own insurance the deposit is $1000. Forced to pay almost $200 more for their insurance for a lesser deposit. Limited mileage for same state residents where they’re advertising UNLIMITED mileage. Car was a gas saver BUT no tires. I was driving my child around on almost bald tires in rainstorms. Plate sticker expired. After voicing my concern the un logical explanation was that they were waiting for the renewed one to come in! I had an amazing experience with U-Save in Houston. I rented an Escalade for a full week and the vehicle was absolutely perfect. Clean, sharp, and drove like a dream. The price was honestly way better than I expected, especially compared to the big name rental companies. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. No games, no surprises, just straight up great service. I would rent from this place 100 times over before ever going back to one of the larger rental companies. Highly recommend if you’re in Houston and want a great vehicle at a great price.

Staff is polite, helpful, and courteous. Prices are affordable. They are off the airport property but the shuttle driver was so kind and helpful. It is about 5 minutes from the Rental Center. I'd use them again. I had a Nissan Altima it was clean and didn't have any smells.

I’ve rented a car from U-Save about 4-5 times now . And they never fail to make the process easy and AFFORDABLE! As a person who travels for business solo, they make one feel safe and give proper attention when needed! I highly recommend going through U-Serve for your car rental needs! 5 stars from me! I’ll continue to rent from them for all my business trips !

This only is getting a star because no stars isn't an option. This place is crooked. I HAVE NEVER in my almost 50 years of living seen a more backwards crooked operation. Renter beware. The prices you are promised will not stand, they will ask you for extra insurance and more. 6 hours stranded in their lobby because they didn't have the van they promised, I was able to interview many many many people coming in and out of there!!!!!! I got home after having to make other arrangements to see that they called me a "no show" and still charged me a days rental. They had no cars available and their employee promised that they wouldn't charge me. Please reach out if you want video footage of this.
