TIA Auto Diagnostic Repair

Left my car here to have front and rear brakes, wheel alignment and oil change done. The owner is great. The prices are reasonable. The service is very good. I will be using them again. He answered any questions I had and explained everything very thoroughly.

Not trustworthy, told me he will do my motor mount kit I had on hand for my car, and only got one done all day. They gave me one back saying I didn’t need that one done (which I did, and wanted done) and they left the other 2 old ones in my car still. I didn’t even get the replacement ones back for those, and the car actually vibrated more. Waste of money.

I brought my car in about 6 years ago and have not had work done on my car by anyplace else. These ate decent people who are very good at what they do. They're extremely friendly, always do what they say they will, excellant communication skills. The one and only auto shop around here that didn't screw up my car or send me to the poor house. They've always corrected the mistakes the others made on my car. Really lucky I stopped in that day years ago.

Very good and truthful mechanic. Excellent working on foreign cars. His prices are good even with luxury cars. He doesn't charge you high because is a luxury car. People have the notion that BMW is expensive so even if you are using a 1999 bmw repairers still think it's expensive to repair. This guys do not do that. Safely drive there and tell them Emmanuel recommended you there. You'll come back and thank me after your car has been repaired with a good price charge for part and labor.

Saif is a great tech and knows his way around a German car! Not many in Poughkeepsie I would trust, but I definitely trust him! Great work for a great price.
