As the owner of So Majestic Emergency Roadside, it's honestly a little embarrassing to admit I had to call another company for help—I locked my keys in my own car! But I was absolutely blown away by the speed and professionalism of this team. They arrived in less than 20 minutes, which is amazingly fast. The technician was incredibly friendly and had my vehicle open literally within seconds of getting to work. These people are awesome, I accidentally sent them $800. And respectively they sent it right back. I don't care what anybody has to say about these people hey are awesome, my father was a tow truck guy and yes these type of companies can be shitty but they were not. I'm not a religious man but Jesus these people make me want to be.

I have used them many times over the years this last experience I will not be using them again . I paid 100 cash due to 4 of my tire studs broke off and i was unable to drive the vehicle, the driver left the vehicle in the middle of a busy apartment complex and left w/o providing me a receipt . I called and reported the issue to their "dispatch" Tow truck driver lied and said I told him to drop it in the middle of the road. I was told a supervisor was going to call me well that was a week ago and no one has called. I ended up having to call another tow company to move my vehicle to a parking space something TIA should have handled.
