Tic Toc Tire

Went in to get new tires for my Mitsubishi, I have got them here before and everything was good and price was fair but not this time. I went in and this man who was rude told me that there was only two options. One for 110 and one for 120. Then as they are putting the tires on they said oh we only have (some name) tires. As a women how the hell am I going to know the difference between all this shit... Anyways I thought it was the cheap one but comes out to be 730 dollars!!!! THE TIRES HE SAID THEY HAD WAS 150 AND NEVER SAID THAT THEY HAD THAT IN THE BEGINNING. They added on credit card tax for 20 and then 40 for balance and rotation when it was supposed to be free. Bought 4 tires for my personal truck, was decent price an all that even got a warranty, great, well literally 2 weeks later I ended up needing to use the warranty as I picked up multiple nails in my tire, called and they said “we need your receipt to do a warranty” okay, I paid over the phone no receipt was gave to me, then I was told they could look back and check if I had the dates, awesome finally getting somewhere took my card charge to them they found it in their records, great. I’m thinking I’m about to use my warranty then their “salesmen” approaches and claims I can’t use my warranty so at that point I’m getting aggravated and whatever, I say forget it whatever I’ll bite the bullet for 2 new tires later down the road. Took 4 days to get tires on, small area to park. Workers act like they own each parking spot. Dropped truck off, had a ride pull up beside me so I could leave my truck. 2 guys had problems with that, one said something other throwed his hands up. Of course I told the guy who said “ u can’t park here “ well it’s my ride outta here and I’m not taking up the whole bay door I’ll be 5 mins, you can wait. Rude service. Took my phone number to call me 4 times that week, never got the first call back for an update. When my E-brake wouldn’t fit they just parked the truck and never called to tell me. Always been nice and got what i needed. Prices fair i am sure but never checked. Even said when we did not need break-job. Lady are always nice and know everything as well as the one young man. She always has some kind of tire they have on one of her cars or trucks. I like them all. Dont usually take all day to get er done.
