This new car wash is impressive from start to finish. The customer service was great, and they even offered FREE car washes during their opening. The membership rates are very reasonable, and my vehicle came out spotless. Most importantly, there were no scratches—the brushes are clearly high-quality, which really matters to me. I’m extremely satisfied, and my car is now road-ready!

Tidal Wave is a new car wash on a competitive car wash street with 2 other washes in a 1 mile area. Based on the high quality of car wash, eagerness to please by its attendants and reasonable price I know they will out perform the competition while making their customers happy. This place is garbage. They wash badly, dry badly, break your windows and mirrors, don't respond when you call to pay, treat you rudely, and scratch your paintwork badly. Love this carwash! We finally were able to go and will definitely be coming here moving forward. Very pleasant attendants as well! They were both very kind even asked us about our Sunday plans. Great quality, value, and run beautifully. Highly recommend

Pedro Pablo is right. I have three friends who went here for the grand opening and their cars were damaged, and they didn't even bother to pay. Terrible service! They break, scratch, and damage your car and then refuse to pay for the damages. Don't come here!
