Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I took my truck through Tidal Wave Car Wash and came out with my tires completely slashed and left sitting on the rims. I was shocked and furious. What’s worse is how absolutely terrible the manager was in responding to the situation. She was dismissive, rude, and made no effort to take responsibility or offer any meaningful help. She had the audacity to say “if this is our liability” what do you mean if it’s your liability… even crazier part is that they were new tires and rims. One of the employees stopped my wash mid way through because he heard the tire pop. And told me after. If the manager had just been kind, professional, or even remotely helpful, it might have eased the frustration, but she was the exact opposite. I was offered a special to try tidal wave for 1 month. I was told that if I wanted to continue I should return bu 3/3. I didn't want to continue so I did not return. On 3/3 they charged my credit Card for another month at a higher rate. I called the corp off and was told that that was to bad that they could cancel it as of 4/4 but not before even though the charge was still pending. I will never recommend them even if their car was was good. After this expensive month of service they will not see me again. I am totally disappointed with their ethic as a company.

Who get's this 5 star review at the Tidal Wave Auto Spa site 219, it is Dee, Trevor and Xander H. Even thought I was impressed with top coat Graphic X 4. These young men impressed me with their work ethics, the performance and how they jumped in with the other was busy. From pulling in, and the explanation of the different washes, choosing what I wanted, not feeling any pressure even though he explained the full membership package to me. To pulling up to enter, I received another welcome from the young man, to him really brushing the front of my car, windows front and back. As for the price it is comparable to others, thought the drying and the top coat far out shined other car wash's. Tidal Wave Auto Spa provides a great service! Josiah ALWAYS takes care of my me and my car! He's very professional and courteous! Always greets me with a smile! He takes extra time to make sure my car is nice and shiny! Marco is awesome as well. A polite young man! All the staff is great there!

Mr. Fry is the greatest! He made sure my car was taken care of and made my experience really special. Definitely recommend!!
