Fantastic car wash. Staff is superfriendly and helpful especially Caylub, he even help pressure wash my floormats. Brilliant job done. It’s my everyday stop after work. Love it 😊

Great little car wash we use them alot for my wife's car. I took my truck thru today witch was very dirty paid for the $30 wash and it didn't come clean. I went back around was gonna go thru again and the kettle me go thru no charge. Very satisfied Great lady running the place today. I would recommend them if you need agoid wash

I've been a customer at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Bristol, VA for nearly a year, and I couldn't be happier. My 8 year old car looks brand new! In fact, I'm so pleased with the service and value that I just signed up for an annual package: 12 months of unlimited washes for the price of 10 months. It's so convenient to stop in for a wash and then be able to use the vacuums and provided microfiber cloths for drying and detailing. The employees are super friendly and polite, and manager Chris is awesome... he's always cheerful and pleasant, and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend this location!

Alaina at Tidal Wave Auto Spa is absolutely wonderful. She always provides fantastic service and greets everyone with such a warm, friendly attitude. What really makes her stand out is her genuine kindness, especially toward our dogs. They get so excited to see her because she always has treats waiting for them 🐶🐾.
