Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I gotta say, ive been paying for a membership for about 5 years now. Starting at another location and never had issues. But this one on Portsmouth Blvd seems to broke down and closed more than its open. Over tha past few months, (I usually go once a week. So about 12 visits) ive only had maybe 3 or 4 car washes and have had to pay at a different wash. Close to canceling Tidal wave. Btw...have never had an issue at the location in Gloucester or Williamsburg. Recently moved close this location in Chesapeake.

After an unfortunate accident with a fire extinguisher I stopped by the closest wash. Luckily a manager Andrew was there and offered suggestions on the best wash and I settled on the Graph X4 as it did what I needed. The vacuums were powerful enough to clean up the dust and the rags and cleaning spray helped wipe down all the surfaces. This place is a life saver and I highly recommend for anyone just looking for quick, safe, convenient and economical.

I’ve seen many managers run through this location but Andrew is the best manager I’ve come across! His team provides outstanding service and you get a perfect wash every time! The site itself is A+ on cleanliness and all the employees are wonderful in terms of customer service. Andrew never fails to do his best to make sure all his customers are satisfied and goes above and beyond the Tidal Wave expectations.

I had a great experience at this car wash; it blows most car washes out of the water, especially that autobell across the street. When I rolled in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and waves, which made me feel welcome immediately. I was served by a young man named Alex J., who made me feel like the most important person in the world. I love this car wash, and will definitely be coming back.
