Had a great experience at Tidal Wave in Clinton today! Riley was incredibly helpful and professional. It’s rare to get such friendly service at a car wash, but Riley made sure everything was handled perfectly. My car looks fantastic—definitely my new go-to spot!
Seriously considering canceling our monthly subscription. Aren’t yall supposed to brush the back of the car? The windshield was still very dirty too. Definitely not worth paying if it’s not gonna be clean after the visit.
Justin and Hunter did a wonderful job today on my Tacoma! They helped me with getting an unlimited wash pass which was very easy to get setup and I’m very impressed with the wash and how clean my truck is. They also went above and beyond and offered to even wash off my weather tech mats! Definitely good guys at this wash and the wash is great!
I had a car wash this morning and the team working at the car wash 12/21 was amazing. Michael even washed my floor mats for me. Michael and Cecilia both were awesome. I am from out of town. Best car wash ever. Highly recommend them for the car wash and service. Above and beyond!!
The wash ripped a part of my car off. My car came out clean but missing the entire left side of my window trim, they also failed to get back to me about it within 3-5 business days.
