Being new to Covington, it was time to end my previous relationship with a "national brand" car wash and find a new one to help me keep the Batmobile, Jr. spic-and-span. It looks as if Tidal Wave has become my new go-to subscription auto detailing service. I've been impressed with the suction power of the vacuums, the quality of the microfiber towels, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenience of the location (right around the corner!). Being able to return repeatedly for a set monthly fee is liberating to a car owner that takes pride in his or her ride. Also, having access to various levels and options is always a plus. It's good to be able to call this Tidal Wave MY Tidal Wave. TO THE BATMOBILE, JR.!
Tidal Wave Auto Spa always does a great job, and the staff is super friendly! Kailey was especially helpful — she greeted me with a smile and made sure my car looked perfect before I left. Great service and great people! Highly recommend.
I will never go back to Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Salem Rd. Their machine DAMAGED my car. The staff and I reviewed the camera footage and agreed the machine did damage my car which was reported to management. Tidal Wave Auto Spa will not return my calls or emails. I will keep yall posted on the outcome.
Went to get a wash today and the customer service was great. Aidan was very helpful and did a good job cleaning my truck.The wash was very worth the price.
As a TW frequent flyer of many different sites, this one use to be one of my favorites, but not so much now. The workers are constantly on their phones, and today I was in a long line while a female stood and chatted at the loading area. And dude at paystation was on his phone. And the guy loading didn't even do a full prep because he was too busy chatting with the female. Then the wash itself has really declined. The wraps are so fast that my mirrors get turned in on both sides, you can see many stopped up ports, and the smell good stuff is not even noticeable. Hope the Mgr gets it back in shape!
