Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Never had a bad experience here and today was no different. They got my truck cleaned nicely after the construction on my road coated it. Always recommend using tidal wave over any other car wash in town!

50 ⭐️ I just had to leave this review because the customer service here is amazing — especially from RAUL! I come by every Sunday after church, and he’s always smiling, communicates great, and goes above and beyond every time. Today I didn’t have my wallet and had to back out of line since they take cards only. I asked if I could at least vacuum my car, and Raul kindly said yes — then he surprised me by letting me get my car washed for free! That kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days. I’m from out of town, but I make sure to stop by here every Sunday because of how great they treat people. If you’re ever in El Campo and need your car washed, stop by Title Wave Auto Spa — you won’t be disappointed

Wish I could give 5 stars however my issue is with the car wash not with the employees. The employees are the reason why I’m giving any stars at all. When Tidal Wave first opened in El Campo I was still paying monthly at a car wash in Rosenberg as I am there often, but once I noticed their was a towel dry at the end of the tunnel I decided to give Tidal Wave a try, not only that it’s right down the road from my house so it was much more convenient than my favorite Rosenberg car wash. The friendly happy to help super knowledgeable employees had me hooked and the fact that they take the time to scrub your car and your mirrors before sending you through the tunnel, plus the towel dry at the end had me hooked. I signed up for the highest monthly package of unlimited washes on my second visit.

Truly amazing customer service here. The assistant manager Angel saw that I was having trouble with food that wasted in my car and didn't hesitate to jump in and help me. 10000000/10 recommend

I come here pretty regularly and always have a great experience 😊 The staff is super friendly and helpful, and my car always comes out looking really good. Angel is especially kind and has amazing customer service, he’s always welcoming and makes the whole process easy 👍🚗 You can tell he actually cares about the customers.
