Your clean towels are smudging waxy oily residue on my cars when trying detail after the wash. Please do a better job at getting those clean. I am a 3 car subscriber and been coming here since you opened. I am asking you to get the towels cleaner so they clean the cars better. Simple adjustment…take it and

Trash. Paid $30 for a wash and the car didn't even get cleaned, don't even look like it was even washed. What a scam. I went to ask for a rewash and the girl trying to offer brush claiming that's just dust. It's not dust it's pure dirt that didn't get cleaned! Arguing can't rewash in that ceramic back-to-back because it's not healthy for car, then why sell unlimited plan then to others if it's not healthy? She offered a lower wash which is counter productive to the ceramic wash that I paid for which it'll just wash off the "coating" that was marketed. Either way I was screwed poor customer service what a scam.

Tidal Wave DESTROYED my paint and window panel and then refused to own up to it. The manager refused to provide insurance information, dodged every call, and wouldn’t contact me for any reason. They are claiming the damage was “pre-existing,” even after I proved it wasn’t. This place is a scam. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. I’m reporting them to consumer protection and considering small claims court. If you care about your car, stay FAR away from this business

Hands down the best car wash in NKY. The employees are respectful to your car and are very kind and willing to help you with anything you need. Jackson was also a great greeter at the front! The actual wash is great and the vacuum area puts it over the top. Free vacuums with top tier suction, along with the cleanest towels I’ve ever seen at a car wash hand folded to perfection!

This is by far the best car wash in the area. I’ve tried pretty much all of them and can say hands down this wash cleans the best and has the best customer service. The first time I went the dude working the front, I believe it was Jackson was also very helpful. I’ve noticed that Tidal Wave is one of the few car washes that actually care about your car. They will make sure it’s cleaned exactly how you want. And on top of that they will always make sure you have everything you need while vacuuming!
