Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Ed the assistant manager was super he had great customer service and was wearing several hats the day that I had my car washed. I do feel that you could use more folks to do the cleaning after the wash I have found you only have 1 person doing the job. Some of your employees could be more attentive to their job by staying off the phone and if a friend walks up they stop to carry on a conversation. Overall you do a good job.

I had an excellent experience with the car wash team, and I especially want to recognize Rocky for his outstanding work. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Rocky was extremely professional, attentive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. He paid close attention to every detail , inside and out. The exterior was spotless, with no missed areas, and the interior was thoroughly cleaned and well-organized. Even the small details like the dashboard, cup holders, tires, and door jambs were cleaned perfectly, which really shows his commitment to quality rather than rushing through the job. Rocky was also very courteous and respectful, taking the time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. His work ethic and positive attitude truly set him apart from others.

I had a 10 star experience at Tidal today because of Rock. Super friendly and efficient, he made my Charger look brand new! He took a lot of pride in his work and did it while having a friendly conversation without missing a beat. My ride looks amazing and I left with a smile from talking to a good person. 10 out of 10!

I couldn't be more happier than ever with my experience here at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The service was phenomenal! The attendant at the gate was very welcoming, courteous, polite and helped me with my wash selection. Before sending my vehicle through the carwash tunnel, the attendant prepping my vehicle, made sure that everything was catered according to my satisfaction and liking. After drying my vehicle off and seeing the results and the results don't lie, I can say this is one of the if not THE BEST CARWASH in North Carolina! Thank you!

WORST‼️‼️Worst experience ever. We were waiting on the line for about 45 minutes and still we didn't get a proper service or response. We came near the payment gate and the guy turned off the machine and said it was not working. But it was working for the previous car. We asked that guy to open the gate so that we can exit without service but still he said he couldn't. If you are working in a place how can you not know how to operate or repair that machine or gate or whatsoever? It was already past lunch we have our diabetic mother too. We thought we can have a quick wash and go for lunch. But we had to give her chocolate and wait. Is this how you people treat or respond who comes for service? Are those previous reviews all fake? This was my first time here. I was irritated to the core. Th
