Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I had an amazing experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash, and it was all thanks to Sim! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to explain the wash options, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell Sim really cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. My car came out spotless, and the whole process was quick and smooth. It’s rare to find someone who makes something as routine as a car wash feel like a great experience, but Sim absolutely did that. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope management knows they’ve got a great employee. Highly recommend this location

I used to be hesitant about going through automatic carwashes, but tidal wave and the gentleman, Simeon definitely changed my mind. At first I used to come through here and there to get my carwash but now I am a monthly member, and been one for some time now. Simeon is just one of those people that when you see him you just know everything is going to be good and he just going to bring a smile to your face every time! Simeon makes sure my truck is sprayed to cleanest and brush before I enter the tunnel. Now I don’t even have to tell him or remind him to fold my mirrors because he already knows and is on top of it. Even at times he comes and makes sure I am happy with my service and even chat with me. He tells me he just a team lead but I’m surprise he’s not even a manager the way he so nic

Simeon was great. Very professional, knowledgeable regarding product, respectful and it was a very cold Sunday. I mostly appreciated his customer service. That's not what you receive in this day. My car became the "Black Beauty Honda", I so dearly love ! I am one happy lady. I'll be back because I got a month membership! Good job Simeon.

I’ve been to this location many times with varying experiences. I have a single bike, bike rack on my hitch which usually when I go to car washes they ask for me to remove it which I’m happy to do. The guy I talked immediately without even offering a wash ran over and told me he couldn’t wash my car. I asked why and he came back with because of the bike rack and I was like if I took it off could you clean my car. He responded with yes. I pulled over to take it off and he came back over to tell me he wouldn’t clean my car if I didn’t take my tailgate cover off. I have been to many car washes before this location included and never have I been asked to take my tailgate cover off. I mentioned this to the guy that was helping me and he insisted. I stopped at Tidal Wave Car Wash today to try out their new facility, but unfortunately had a very troubling experience. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee who said his name was Simeon. I was simply trying to understand the process so I could purchase a car wash, and I was completely respectful during the interaction. However, Simeon immediately acted as though I was being disrespectful, which I was not, and he refused me service without any clear explanation. I genuinely felt that he projected insecurity onto me and misread my questions in a way that made no sense. The way I was treated left me feeling discriminated against, and it was extremely upsetting. I reported the situation to the manager and left. I had only wanted to purchase a simple car wash independently, but inste
