Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

This might be the worst car wash in Kennesaw. Pulled up for a wash on Friday afternoon and the attendant tried to sell me a wash membership which I declined. Not sure why anyone would buy before trying the car wash. So I picked the $30 wash and then had to request a receipt since the attendant didn’t offer me one. When I finished going through the wash my truck was still dirty in many areas and there were scratches all over and a chip on the door handle. So not only did I pay for the top watch but it didn’t clean my truck and damaged it. So I did not see the point of washing it again. Then when I used the towels they were all still wet. Finally, the vacuums on both sides of my truck had barely any suction and the air blower also didn’t work. I should have just gone to another car wash I wa

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really paid attention to detail. I especially want to give a shoutout to Erick, who did an amazing job cleaning my car mats — they came out spotless and looked almost brand new. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, excellent service and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

First of all, I received a flyer in the mail from tidal wave (Carwash) in which they presented a free car wash. I thought that was right on time being that we came out of the snow apocalypse three lol I came to try these guys out. I have a white vehicle mind you dirt shows up everywhere I went through with a $30 wash that they blessed me with and the car was still dirty. I approached the manager of Elijah and he told me He would take care of it and he did I expressed to Elijah that the terminology the customer is always right. It’s not the customer is not always right, but however, in customer service as a manager, you need to honor your word first of all and represent your company. That’s exactly what Elijah did. Thank you Elijah for being a professional first of all. And an excellent hum
