The pre-wash guy scratched the crap out my tailgate today using the brush before going through. DO NOT LET THEM GET YOURS. Oh... not responsible for damages.. uh huh.
They should change the name to “Kinda clean car wash.” Three people actually work there and still the car could not come out clean, 17 dollars for a wash and it should be. Car had the normal road grime on it as in the pictures. Slow your track down and or spend more time with the pre wash brushes, but if the wash itself was great then…..
My break light was completely removed and damged during a simple routine car wash... after letting them know of the damages, they filed a claim of the incident Let's just say there was no support after that. They acted like it was my fault and they would not be helping me with any resolution for the damages to my vehicle. I am not sure the manager even reported the claim that i had filed onsite, because corporate was not aware of it. This is a big red flag This is my wife's car with no previous damages or issues to the vehicle. 2021 Ford Expedition with only 44k miles. Needless to say, they are not willing to work with you if they damage your vehicle. I am resulting to Google reviews so maybe they will consider working with me. Just went through Tidewave car wash where it ripped off my back wiper spoke to the manager Kylie. She said that the her supervisor told her that they are not responsible for wipers, getting torn off that we could go to AutoZone and purchase our own. It’s not just the wiper blade it ripped off the whole wiper They weren’t sympathetic or anything. There are no sign posted where it says that they do not replace or they are not liable for wipers or anything else. The car I mean, I explained to her as a rental car and I had to return it by 6 o’clock today they said that all they could tell me was to go to AutoZone and purchase one they are not liable
This is by far the best auto car wash around! I live in Lindell, but I always come here to get my car cleaned. Tyler did an excellent job — professional and thorough! Thank you guys
