I dont know know what was going on yesterday 2/21/26 But your employees are working to the bone Not enough staff No clean towels no spray bottles, some spray bottles were not working,,one side was closed Hope today is a better day Cars had to wait There wasn't enough pressure on the vacuums DONT OVER WORK YOUR STAFF. IT IS NOT NICE AND DEFINITELY NOT EFFECTIVE

Had a great car wash today at this location. Jason and the team made sure all needs were met. Very great customer service. Location has great WORKING vacuums, CLEAN cleaning towels and LEGIT glass/surface cleaner. Would recommend!

I have been a member here since this location opened with both of my cars, longer than all the employees there at this point. Back in the day everyone knew me and was nice and friendly and it was a pleasurable experience to go. Not so much anymore, I leave there very disappointed every time I go and this review has been building up for months. Ever since Talvin (old manager) left as manager this place has gone downhill significantly and it's about time to find another car wash. The staff is lazy and extremely rude, they fling that brush around when prepping every time and hit the car so hard it leaves marks. I have to tell them every time now to not use the brush due to how careless they are and the look on their faces being there says it all. Towels are always extremely dirty or old you c

Gentleman running the entrance was absolutely lovely BUT Paid for the premium/top tier wash and there are numerous dirt marks (sap? Bugs?) still on my car. So now it’s shinier but with dirty spots still all over the car.
