Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I’ve been using this car wash for about three months. But the last two times I’ve ran my vehicle through it. It has basically not been very good. There’s still bug splatters on my vehicle and dirt underneath my wheel wells, a member of. There once a month payment plan and I am on the premium program. But I’m going to have to rethink it, it seems that their service gets worse and worse and the people there are more concerned about standing around and they are about using a brush or power washer on your vehicle to get it prepped to go to the car wash. definitely is not giving me the value for the 50+ dollars a month I am spending., below are some pictures the glass shows a blood splatter just one of mini that is left on the car after they’re going through their wash. *******Update: first, t

This car wash is a convenient location, and the staff is friendly. However, the pressurized air did not work, and originally, I thought it was just the one station, but I walked down and checked three or four and they were all off. Almost all bays were empty of drying towels, and it was inconvenient as my car was still very wet. I had to leave in a hurry as one of the vacuum cleaners was broken and didn’t get to fully vacuum my car.

Great service, Ben was extremely helpful with helping me choose which monthly option would best suit my needs. The vacuums are probably my favorite part, love how with little work from me they get all the toddler crumbs out of my car. Would recommend and be back. Thanks for helping my car look brand new! BEWARE! Not happy at all! After wash pulled into dry/vacuum bay. Only one towel on cart and after I had went over entire vehicle and we started noticing there was oil or something on rag that was transferred on to our vehicle! Every customer in bays were very upset no rags to dry vehicles and from what I heard from them not the first time this has happened at this location. Poorly managed location! We will not be back. Never had a problem with ultimate shine our normal stop. However we were traveling out of state. We will be coming to area more in the future and this will not be stop!

The tidal wave Auto spa was awesome to say the least. I also received great customer service from Ethan he helped me and also offered us a deal on the membership that is beyond good. The wash was also great. It got all this salt that has been building up for weeks off the car. Absolutely amazing I recommend it to anyone.
