Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Excited for this new location. Upon arrival you’re greeted with the most informative and smiling staff members. The prices are affordable , the staff is professional.There was two woman in particular ; Brie and Brandy they displayed huge smiles and went above and beyond. They prep your car prior to the wash. This is a blessing as for when I used competitors locations, I always had bug residuals left on the vehicle after a wash , but not with Tidal Wave. They got the bug gunk off the front bumper and I could not be more impressed . The ceramic coating made all the difference. The pictures below will speak for themselves. If you have time, stop in you won’t be disappointed.

I have a brand new GMC 2500 it had 126 miles on it when I entered the Queensberry title wave car spa. This was its first car wash ever. Two days before I pick this truck up at the dealership in the auto body room that was very well illuminated. The dealer and I walked the truck. The only blemish on the paint was a factory defect. They noted it and told me they’d get it fixed. Upon leaving the car wash two days later, we stopped at the overhang to vacuum the truck out quickly. We did not notice anything unusual. Our very next stop my wife got out of the passenger side of the truck in the bright sunlight and said oh, we have a problem. I stopped here the other day because I wanted to vacuum out my jeep. The very nice man working the booth there before you go to get your car washed let me know that I couldn’t get a wash because my kayak was on top (which I totally understand) but that I could go ahead and use the vacuums free of charge. Score! Not only was that very nice of him but when he let me in and I made my way over to the vacuum area I was pretty impressed by said vacuum area as it was very hot and sunny out that day so the roof is an excellent touch! Fantastic customer service! Super clean! I’ll be back for a wash at some point! Much appreciated!

Fine results in a very good drive through wash. C covered free vacuums and spray cleaners with clean wiping towels. The end results...a clean car, inside and out.

So I'm not exactly sure what just happened, I stopped here on my way home, for the first time ever, and as I approached the attendant she said you guys can't keep coming through here like this, I'll do it this time because I have a line. A I've never been here , B I have snow on my car from delivering for Amazon and had some snow buildup, isn't that what a car wash is for? Am I supposed to wash it before they do? Guess going back to Hoffman's, not best first impression
