Place is a joke. Literally damaged the fender of a beautiful truck on a $12 wash. Notified the staff, site leader no where to be found. Took pictures, left information. Still no call back. Called corporate. Still nothing. $12 lesson. Don’t worry, NONE of my Fleet accounts will ever set a tire in these places if this is how they actually treat someone. One of the employees there actually commented that it had damaged their exact model truck too. Would have been a nice thing to mention before you took my money while you admired how nice the truck was. Word of mouth travels fast, hope the $12 was worth it.

I am extremely happy with Tidal Wave Auto Spa in South Glens Falls. My wife told me about this newly owned car wash spot and that we should check it out. I’m really glad we did. We were able to get the car wash pass for only $20 since they are having a special where your first wash is the same price of your first month I could not be any more pleased with the results of the car wash! Usually whenever we get a car wash (even with all the add ons) our car still has water spots and/or the car wash missed some spots.. definitely not the case here!! I have some pictures of my wife’s van after the wash, I think it looks good! The staff are also very friendly and I will definitely be renewing our membership for the more expensive package if this is what the $20 gets us.. plus, free vacuum’s

My truck was a mess after hours of plowing. Landon at the south glens falls location spent a little extra time spraying down the sides for a great wash. Very happy switching over from Hoffman’s.

I love how clean my car is. I’m so thankful the owner gave me a free vacuum. If I could write 100 stars I would I highly recommend the vacuums are a beast. I also love that there was a lot of washcloths. I was able to get my interior Clean and shiny on I look forward to doing business with you in the future This place is the best
