Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I do not normally write reviews about places like this however, this one is worthy of a review. I visited this location for years. Until yesterday. I was in a hurry and there was somewhat of a line so I decided just to vacuum my car out. as I am vacuuming my car "SEVERAL" cars with people pulled in off the street vacuumed their car and left. Normal behavior right? OBVIOUSLY NOT. As soon as I got ready to pull out of the parking lot, an employee came running to my car and was beating on my back window as if I had stolen something. Again, I am in a rush, so I roll down my window, confused, and in a demeaning manner, he tells me I owe him $5 for the vacuum because I didn't go through the wash. EXCUSE ME? I explained to him that I have been coming here for years, and he must be new. He said,

Jonathan and the guys at Tidal Wave in Thomaston are fantastic. He noticed that some bugs were still visible on the front of my car and insisted that they wash it again. The customer service is unmatched. Thank you for the attention to detail and hard work!

Not great. The wash area itself was tight to get to. Piple in front of be hit fenders, I think because the boy directing them wasn't sure what he was doing. I kept feeling like this Tidal Wave was rougher than others. It wasn't until I got about 30 miles down hwy 19 that I stopped to see what was wrong. My right front mud flap was ripped off and my wheel well protector was loose. Car has 5000 miles on it!

Alison in the main office in Thomaston Georgia was amazing she helped me through so much with such great manners and kindness! Definitely Recommend this car wash!

I don’t go to Tidal Wave often, but each time I’ve been there is one young man named Kaden who stands out. He is very energetic, thorough with his work and always polite and smiling. My car looked great and the shine on my tires lasted longer than anywhere else.
