Excellent helpful staff, Awesome pricing, superior quality wash tunnel, surprised me with three tire scrubbers and the topper towel at the end of the tunnel… Shady are to dry and vacuum before you leave.. got us a monthly plans and our truck will look new again.. see y’all in a couple of days…

I'm a member at this dealership and used the car wash today. After going through the wash, 1 was unhappy with how my car looked, so | pulled back around to have it addressed. Instead of taking a moment to look at my concern, the employee told me I couldn't go through again because I was "holding up his line" and that he wasn't going to do anything more than what had already been done. As a paying member, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that if something wasn't cleaned properly, it would at least be looked at. Being told I was holding up the line when I was simply expressing a concern felt dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service means listening to customers and addressing issues respectfully. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future

Purchased a membership in September, before purchasing asked specifically will this car wash damage or scratch up my brand new 2025 vehicle. I was assured that it wouldn’t & surely it did! Took the paint right off! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Staff is extremely helpful. Every visit here has been a good one. One of attendants went the extra mile and pressure washed my plastic mats. I appreciate the kind gesture.
